Stall holder terms and conditions
The Cost for a 6ft wide pitch (Allocated floorspace) £16.00. This charge includes a large table if required and up to two people.
The cost for a 3ft wide pitch (allocated floorspace) is £10.00. This charge includes a small table if required and one person.
Multiple pitches may be booked. If you book more than one space please indicate whether you require adjacent spaces and whether or not a corner is preferred.
Space is limited. In the event that your application is unsuccessful your payment will be refunded in full to your card
You should ensure that you have all necessary insurance for your activities. Your application is accepted on the basis that you have any such valid insurance.
- Event opens at 10am. Arrival 8.00am packing up 5.00pm. Hall must be cleared by 5.30pm
Craft and Therapy Ltd provide you with the space at the venue and local advertising for the event. No guarantees can be given with regard to public attendance.
Once your application has been accepted no refunds are payable except in the event of cancellation of the event by the organisers. Refunds are limited to the amount paid for booking the space. No compensation is payable for loss of business or travel expenses.
You are fully responsible for the safety and security of your stall and its contents. Craft and Therapy Ltd can accept no responsibility for loss or damage to the property of the stallholders.
A program will be provided to the public attending the event unless we are advised otherwise your contact details may be included in the program and any online listing.
